はあ～、仕事つらい、楽しいことない、なんのために生きてるんだろ～と思っていた矢先、かつてあのブッダさえ「生きることは苦である」と説いていたことを知って、じゃあしんどいのは当たり前か、と気づいた今日この頃です。だからブッダは救いを求めるでなく、苦しみをコントロールすることに焦点をあて、ただ座禅を組んで、煩悩を捨て、自我を捨て、ありのままを受け入れることで悟りを開き、真の安らぎを得たとかなんとか。何が言いたいかって言うとこの曲の歌詞をちゃんと読んだらそんなことを思い出したのです。
